I know this is an issue which has been brought up a million times but today I was watching television, and
“As a mother of 3 I’m very concerned about violent video games. If they play violent video games all day what do you think is going on in their brains all day???”
If your kids play violent games all day and can’t distinguish between fiction and reality then that’s your own goddamn fault for not raising them properly. You can’t solely blame media for every fucking thing, holy shit.
Reminder that GameStop and other major game retailers have really, REALLY strict rules about Rated-M games, so minors can’t buy them.
Which means PARENTS have to buy these games for their kids to boot.
To give some context, this is actually the top player in the world. He and a friend were doing a doubles-play (one person on left, one on right) of one of the newest songs. I forgot which one though.
So guess who’s been spending her free time (and money) at the arcade.
Actually, numbers 1, 4, 7 and 10 all play at the same arcade as I do. The top guy (Barry) is pretty much there any night possible, and he likes to brag about his scores. A lot.
