The song says that she ate herself until nothing was left. 

However, there’s a few issues: 

• She’d bleed out. 
• Decapitation. 
• She’d literally have to turn her entire body inside out so it would fit inside her stomach. 
• And even if that were possible, her stomach would still exist. 

So, uh, I guess she just died eating herself?
