I’m a full LGBTQ supporter, especially having been a “questioning” person for a few years (but I know I at least like guys, I’ll say that much)… 

I thought about the Day of Silence… It really feels just counterproductive. A lot of people don’t take it seriously, and though the logic behind it is somewhat reasonable, it feels kind of BS’d to me. What about the people that are already out? The ones that can’t hold their silence because it’s been broken for a long time? The silence, once broken, will never return and can never be taken back. You can have your own opinion on this, but I feel that it’s strange. 

So what if there were, instead, a “Speak Your Mind” day?  

Instead of being quiet, you would put confessions on yourself. Tape some over your mouth or forehead, or write it on your hands, or have it on your shirt… put it anywhere you want, as long as it’s visible and on your body the whole day. You can put as many as you want. And if you want, you can have others put their confessions on you too. 

It would show others, especially L/G/B/T, that nobody should be afraid to reveal and be who we are. Because that’s what they need - they need support, they need to know that people are accepting, and they need to know that they’re not the only ones with something to say. 

Plus, it’d be fun - you guys do it on your Facebooks already, y’know? And it wouldn’t be interfering with our schoolwork. (Actually, it could spark a few jokes, debates or fun conversations in your class. Yay class distractions~)

It’s pretty boring being me. Kind of being a hermit in general, but there’s so many factors contributing to that it’s impossi— neh fuck it I’ll go for it anyway. 

For one, see, visiting friends is kind of a cycle… I don’t live near any of my friends. The only friends within my town are too far away. And I don’t have friends here because they live too far, so I can’t visit them. And I can’t visit anyone because I don’t have any friends beca… You get it by now. 

That being said, everyone else is on different schedules and I have no way to catch up with them without planning a month in advance. 

Yes, I have more online friends than I do real ones… It’s sad but at the same time interesting, because there’s so many interesting people that I learn so much from. Frankly, I wouldn’t be drawing if it weren’t for these people. 

Now on another subject, the question is, did I ever have a life? I guess I did. Though I think I gave up on that after 6th grade, when I had to start from scratch… No, scratch that, my friend moved out that year. The same year we met, she left. …Scratch that too, seventh grade, when I started spending more time online than not.

Anyway, I kind of hope I end up finding a life in the next few years ahead. Things always work out. No matter what.
